Refund Policy - Reiki Sparsh

At ReikiSparsh, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Reiki training and healing services. Our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for the services we provide. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Services Provided

ReikiSparsh specializes in offering Reiki training, healing sessions, and other related spiritual services. Since these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, the terms for cancellations and refunds are different from traditional return policies for goods.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service, such as a Reiki healing session or a training class, has been completed, we do not offer refunds. This applies to all in-person, online, or remote sessions provided by ReikiSparsh.

3. Cancellation Policy for Training Classes

If you need to cancel a training class, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule for a future class within the next three months, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy for Healing Sessions

For individual healing sessions, cancellations made at least 3 Days before the scheduled appointment day will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 Days of the scheduled appointment will not qualify for a refund.

5. No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. You will also not be eligible for rescheduling unless you inform us in advance.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations can occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside the stipulated conditions, please contact us at info@reikisparsh.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.

7. Modifications to Services

ReikiSparsh reserves the right to modify or cancel services in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

8. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.
