Reiki, as the word means, is the universal life force or divine energy. It is the spiritual energy that every being has within. As a system, Reiki is a practice that heals and re-establishes the lost connect of a being with the Higher Consciousness and within.

Is Reiki safe?

Yes, it is absolutely safe, both for humans and animals. Reiki does no harm of any kind.

Is Reiki associated with any religion or race?

No, Reiki is not associated with any religion, caste, creed or race.

What is Animal Reiki?

Animal Reiki is the divine life force healing energy given to animals for their well-being. Any animal suffering with physical injury, or emotional and behavioural issues, stress, anxiety, inflammation can be given Reiki as a complementary therapy. Reiki can help in healing along with the medical treatment.

What happens during a Reiki session?

Usually a Reiki session begins with the practitioner understanding the client’s problem. Once the session begins, the client is asked to lie down on a Reiki table. Preferably the client is asked to remove all jewellery and other metal accessories and lay down on the table with eyes closed. The practitioner then begins with the session with his/ her hands over the client’s body, a few inches above, without touching. The practitioner then moves and places the hands above the body from head-to-toe, giving Reiki. Once the session ends, the client is asked to open eyes, and is offered water. The client then shares his/ her experience with the practitioner.

What is distant or remote Reiki healing?

Since Reiki is the Universal life force energy, it can be given and received with no limitations of time or space. In a distant Reiki Healing session, the practitioner can send Reiki healing energy by setting the intention of healing, chanting the prayers and drawing the symbols. The client, human or animal may be located anywhere. Reiki will reach the client and healing will happen keeping the highest good of the being.

What is Holy Fire Reiki?

Holy Fire Reiki is the new refined form of Reiki energy that was first experienced by William Lee Rand in 2014. Despite being gentle, it is very powerful. It heals and purifies, and is believed to emanate from higher levels of consciousness.

What do you mean by Reiki healing?

Is Animal Reiki different from Human Reiki?

Reiki is the universal life force energy that blesses all. However, unlike human Reiki where hands-on technique is used, animal reiki may or may not involve hands-on techniques, owing to the animal’s freedom of choice. Also, Animal Reiki is Reiki in motion, meaning the animal is free to move around. While human Reiki sessions may last for about 45-60 minutes, or more, Animal Reiki lasts for about 30 minutes.

How many sessions are needed?

Usually, three sessions are needed although sometimes the healing happens in just one session. However, it may take several sessions in case of serious ailments. Reiki always works keeping the highest good of the beings.

Do I need to be in-person for the classes or the healing sessions?

No. All classes are on-line. And so are the healing sessions. The distant healing sessions are conducted via Zoom calls.

What happens in a distant or remote healing session?

In a remote healing session of an animal or person, the practitioner may reach the client via zoom call or even through a photo, and set an intention of healing and begin sending Reiki healing on call or telepathically. The animal, unlike the human, can move around and the practitioner can continue to send Reiki healing to the client.
